    The Context

    Busch Nails is a large and well-established nail and lash salon located near Busch Gardens in Tampa.

    Despite opening only around four years ago, the business has already grown into a major local operation with approximately 30 nail technicians and lash specialists. Its reputation is supported by more than 4,000 Google reviews, demonstrating strong customer demand and significant local recognition.

    The company’s next objective was to translate that offline success into a stronger social-media presence. Busch Nails wanted to attract a younger audience, particularly students and customers living, studying, or spending time around the Busch Gardens area.

    The opportunity was not simply to showcase nail designs. It was also to communicate the scale of the salon, the variety of services offered, the customer experience, and the social proof behind an already successful local business.

    What We Did

    We created approximately seven to eight conversion-focused videos specifically designed for social media and paid advertising.

    Each video was developed around Busch Nails’ ideal customer profile, using compelling hooks, visually appealing service footage, attractive offers, and clear calls to action intended to encourage local customers to visit or book an appointment.

    We also recorded numerous customer interviews and testimonials to establish trust and provide authentic social proof.

    The production highlighted the salon’s nail services, its lash services, its large team, the active atmosphere, its popularity, its strong customer base, and the customer experience.

    The Results

    The new ads received very positive feedback from the Busch Nails team, including the nail technicians and lash specialists featured in the videos.

    Customers also reported discovering the salon through the ads and becoming interested in visiting after seeing the videos online.

    The professionally produced ads generated approximately ten times more views than the salon’s typical internally produced videos. This gave Busch Nails significantly greater reach and a stronger, more professional presentation across social media.
